In this strategic yet hands‑on role, you will initially serve in the primary client‑facing role, managing workflows and final deliveries. As operations scale, you will transition into building, mentoring, and leading a high‑performing team of paraplanners and administrators, ensuring seamless collaboration with our established Indian operations.
