Responsibilities

• Own core people operations areas: onboarding, offboarding, policy / leave administration, benefits, payroll, and compliance
• Manage benefits end‑to‑end including employee support, leave management, open enrollment, and vendor relationships
• Design and execute HRIS operations and manage system migrations
• Own the PEO relationship to ensure smooth payroll and compliance across all states
• Manage people reporting and data such as headcount and attrition
• Evolve people policies to be current, accessible, and useful
