People Specialist

Kickstart is Pakistan’s largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, startups, and freelancers. We have 19 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5600+ members using our spaces daily.

We are looking for a People Specialist in Lahore who owns the people-operations engine and the integrity of employee data. Run compensation & benefits computation and core HR processes with accuracy and strong process discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Compute payroll, monthly and quarterly incentives, and loans/advances each cycle.
• Administer the provident fund, enrolments, contribution calculation, records, and withdrawals/settlements.
• Maintain clean, accurate cycle inputs (attendance, NMS, overtime, leave).
