Position Overview

We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to lead and optimize our People Operations function, ensuring operational excellence, legal compliance, and an outstanding employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading People Operations, HR Administration, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Labor Compliance processes.
  • Experience in multinational or regional environments is preferred.
  • U.S. payroll experience is a strong plus.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience with payroll and HR systems; BUK and UKG knowledge is preferred.
  • Fluent English (B2+ or C1).
