Performance Marketing Manager – iOS

Position Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid user acquisition for our iOS app.

This is not a campaign-coordination role. You’ll work directly inside the ad platforms, manage meaningful budgets, analyse performance and find repeatable ways to acquire high-quality users profitably.

You’ll be responsible for the full acquisition loop—from channel strategy and campaign execution to creative testing, attribution and commercial performance.


What you’ll own

  • Build and execute our iOS user-acquisition strategy
  • Manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and Apple Search Ads
  • Allocate and scale budgets based on CAC, ROAS, retention and payback
  • Develop structured testing plans across creatives, audiences, bids and landing flows
  • Work with creative teams to produce and iterate performance-led ad concepts
