Position Overview

CPL Healthcare is accepting CVs from experienced Social Care professionals for a Person in Charge role supporting individuals with disabilities in Athlone, Co Westmeath for our renowned client who offers residential services for individuals with disabilities.

The Role

Lead residential services, ensure top-quality care, and maintain full compliance with HIQA and Department of Health standards. Experience supporting individuals with autism is a strong advantage.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years’ management experience in Social Care
  • Level 7+ qualification (Social Care or similar)
  • Level 6 Management qualification
  • Experience in residential services
  • Knowledge of HIQA standards
  • Full driver’s licence
