Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to director
  • Manage the director’s calendar and travel arrangements including flights, transportation and accommodation bookings
  • Manage director’s email correspondences
  • Schedule business meetings
  • Manage director’s expenses and reimbursements
  • Facilitate communication and coordination by conveying the director's instructions and work arrangements to various stakeholders within the company
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements
  • At least 5 years of working experience as an executive secretary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Pleasant personality with good working attitude
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
