Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time outpatient position. This role involves supporting patients through each stage of their rehab sessions, helping them perform exercises safely, understand their care plan, and continue making progress between visits. Spanish speaking is required to support clear patient communication.

Location: Lauderhill, FL
Schedule: M, W, F 8:00 AM-6:00 PM | T, Th 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $65K-$75K/year DOE plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist


• Assist patients with exercises and functional movements


• Observe progress and communicate any changes


• Maintain daily treatment records
