Description
This position works 40 hours per week, no weekends, no holidays, in our outpatient clinics split 50-50 between the Huntley and Crystal Lake locations.

A licensed physical therapist who complies with the Code of Ethics/Standards of Practice as outlined by their professional organization and by the State of Illinois.
