A healthcare provider serving assisted living residents is hiring a Medicaid-credentialed Physician Assistant for an office-based role with fully virtual clinical interactions. The PA will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and coordinate care with the broader clinical team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing virtual assessments and clinical care
• Preparing detailed documentation for all encounters
• Managing treatment plans and patient communication
• Coordinating with the clinical team to support care delivery

Ideal Qualifications:

• Must be Medicaid-credentialed
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Comfortable with virtual care and remote workflows
• Experience with assisted living or geriatrics preferred

Salary: $155k/Year
