Position Overview
Picking & Packing Operative
Location: Skelmersdale (WN8)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:00 OR 14:00-22:00, flexibility required
Pay: £13 per hour and OT paid at £19.50 per hour after 37.5 hours
Contract: Temporary, ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Mandatory drug & alcohol test prior to your start
About the Role
We’re recruiting several Picking & Packing Warehouse Operatives to support a busy warehouse operation in Skelmersdale. Your main responsibility will be accurately selecting, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch, ensuring workflow runs smoothly throughout the day.
This role suits someone organised, reliable and confident working with physical stock and basic warehouse systems.

Order picking - selecting items accurately according to pick lists
Packing goods - preparing products securely for shipment
Stock organisation - sorting, arranging and replenishing inventory
