Position Overview
Responsible for the design, development, and execution of piping systems for industrial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare piping layouts, routing, and isometric drawings
- Support stress analysis and material selection
- Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and process teams
- Review technical specifications and vendor drawings
- Assist with site inspections and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes (e.g., ASME)
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3-7 years' experience in piping design in offshore oil and gas projects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, PDMS/E3D, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of piping codes and standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
