Interim Opportunity – Planning Lawyer | Top-Tier International Law Firm

London-based team

Our customer, a leading law firm, is seeking a Planning Lawyer for a six‑month contract role. Must have significant experience negotiating S106 agreements, advising on CIL, heritage and highways matters, and supporting complex real estate transactions. Experience gained in private practice. Infrastructure/DCO experience is advantageous. Ideally, someone capable of operating autonomously within a top-tier planning team and managing client relationships from day one.
