Plant Controller: FP&A, Costing & Optimization Lead

Tyco-Electronics-Tecnolog in Tecate is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team to enhance business performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, proven experience in a manufacturing environment, and a strong background in cost accounting. Responsibilities include financial planning, forecasting, and analyzing plant performance.

Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience are preferred.
