Plant Controller

The Plant Controller is responsible for the financial controlling and performance management of the manufacturing site in Mexico.
The role ensures transparent, accurate, and timely financial information, supports operational decision‐making, and drives cost efficiency, profitability, and compliance with corporate and local requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis, Cost & Performance Controlling
Analyze variances between actual results and forecast; provide clear explanations and corrective action proposals
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, costs and efficiency
Support productivity, efficiency, and cost‐reduction initiatives together with plant management
Reporting & Management Support
Prepare monthly management reports for local OPS review
Act as a business partner to Plant Management
Provide financial analyses and simulations for local decisions regarding CAPEX and make‐or‐buy evaluations
