Plant Controller

The Plant Controller is responsible for the financial controlling and performance management of the manufacturing site in Mexico.
The role ensures transparent, accurate, and timely financial information, supports operational decision‐making, and drives cost efficiency, profitability, and compliance with corporate and local requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis, Cost & Performance ControllingAnalyze variances between actual results and forecast; provide clear explanations and corrective action proposalsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, costs and efficiencySupport productivity, efficiency, and cost‐reduction initiatives together with plant managementReporting & Management SupportPrepare monthly management reports for local OPS reviewAct as a business partner to Plant ManagementProvide financial analyses and simulations for local decisions regarding CAPEX and make‐or‐buy evaluationsAccounting & ComplianceEnsure compliance with corporate ...
