About the Role Provides financial leadership at plant level, ensuring strong financial performance, robust internal controls, and effective business partnering with operations to drive productivity, cost efficiency, and decision-making.

Act as a trusted business partner to the plant leadership team: linking finance with operations supply chain and business strategy challenging assumptions, influencing decisions and ensuring financial implications are clearly understood and embedded in operational actions.

The role reports to the regional manufacturing finance leader.

It requires travelling 30% of time.
