Plant Engineer (BSc/BEng Mechanical Engineer - Heavy Engineering)

Responsibilities: Drive plant reliability through planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs. Lead fault-finding, root cause analysis, and equipment performance improvement initiatives. Manage mechanical maintenance activities to minimise downtime and maximise production output. Develop and execute CAPEX and major maintenance projects. Oversee contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety, and project compliance. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts strategies, and asset lifecycle planning. Ensure compliance with OHS and statutory engineering requirements. Requirements: BSc/BEng Mechanical Engineering. GCC Factories. Minimum 10 years' engineering experience within an FMCG or high-speed manufacturing environment. Strong background in maintenance, plant engineering, and project management. Experience with rotating equipment, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and manufacturing machinery. Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
