We are seeking a highly experienced Plant Head / Factory Head to lead and manage overall plant operations at our facility. The ideal candidate should come from the electrical hardware manufacturing industry with strong expertise in managing 100cr+ production unit-producti on management, TPM, vendor coordination, and industrial relations. The role requires effective leadership in handling trade unions, administration, local government authorities, and end-to-end production planning from raw material to final product dispatch.
