Position Overview

Position Purpose

The Plant Head is responsible for strict monitoring of targeted production as per business plan for plant, maintaining budgeted RMC, waste generation and various environmental norms.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Plan optimum use of available production facilities/circuits to ensure on time delivery of products

  • Ensure effective utilization of manpower, utility, raw materials etc.

  • Report to Head Production (site) on the status of Legal Compliance and apprise him of its implication on business

    • Operational Responsibilities

  • Ensure fulfilment of market/customer requirement by producing right quality of material as per business plan

  • Ensure proper upkeep of- Plant machineries and effective running of environmental measures
    Pipe rack and pipeline in the vicinity of the plant so that there is proper flow of chemicals
