Plant Maintenance Lead – PLC & Instrumentation

Ginebra San Miguel is seeking a qualified individual to manage utilities operations in Cabuyao, Laguna. The role involves planning, monitoring, and executing maintenance and capital projects within the plant.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Electrical or Electronics Communication Engineer with at least three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating skills in PLC troubleshooting, instrumentation servicing, and preventive maintenance.
