Introduction

The Plating Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and controlling daily plating department activities to ensure efficient production flow, effective utilisation of resources, compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, and the consistent production of high-quality plated components. The role will supervise and support plating operators, monitor plating processes and equipment performance, ensure adherence to operating procedures, manage production priorities, resolve operational challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
