Plumber - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Coleraine Join the team at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in Coleraine as a Plumber and play an important role in delivering essential maintenance and repair services across housing properties. This is a great opportunity to carry out a range of plumbing duties while helping to ensure homes are safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard within a public sector setting. About the role: 

£14.35 - £16.90 per hour

Monday to Friday (8.30 am – 4.30 pm)

37 hours per week

Holidays: 35 days pro rata

Duration: Temporary, ongoing 

What you'll be doing in this role:

Undertaking all plumbing work as necessary in the maintenance and refurbishment of Housing Executive stock, including, bathroom suites/ wet rooms, kitchen replacements, general pipework, fitting cylinders, tanks, radiators, sink-tops, immersion heaters, shower...
