Plumbing and Mechanical Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing/Mechanical Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this critical pre-construction role, you will prepare accurate, competitive, and detailed cost estimates for plumbing, hydronic, piping projects, and related mechanical systems on commercial, industrial, residential, and multi-family projects up to 40 units. Your work will directly impact project bidding success, profitability, and client satisfaction by providing reliable cost data from conceptual design through construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural, engineering, and mechanical drawings, specifications, and addenda to fully understand project scope
• Perform detailed quantity take‑offs for plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, fittings, hangers, insulation, equipment, and related mechanical systems (may include piping, hydronic systems, and gas piping design/install)
