Plumbing Estimator

My client, an established and successful, Tier 1 commercial plumbing and maintenance contractor, has asked me to source an experienced plumbing estimator to bolster their team.

You will play a key role in the tendering and quoting process for a wide range of large commercial & maintenance projects. You’ll work closely with the project management team, clients, and suppliers to deliver accurate and competitive estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and competitive quotes for commercial plumbing and maintenance works.
• Interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical information.
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies.
