Pay Range: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse & Plumbing Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and plumbing-related operational activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role is responsible for leading warehouse and field/shop personnel including Supervisors, Plumbers, Apprentices, and Helpers while ensuring all work aligns with company policies, plumbing codes, and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with experience managing teams in a fast-paced plumbing, mechanical, or construction environment. This individual will drive productivity, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a culture focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
