Position Overview

Plumbing Project Manager 
Job Description & Requirements Involve in Programming, Scheduling, and Progress tracking of projects. 
Co-ordinate with Main Contractor, Consultant, Site Supervisor and Sub-contractors on Technical Matter, Progress matters and prepare monthly and weekly reports. 
To develop, monitor, and review equipment and manpower deployment plans for project sites. 
To perform monthly/weekly/daily project progress reporting activities. 
To monitor the progress of projects and Update the management for any schedule variances. 
Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. 
Any other ad-hoc assignment being assigned from Superior. 
Knowledge of Plumbing/Sanitary Works. 
License Plumber and/or License Gas Service Worker.
