Contract duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple facility management projects (renovation, fit-out, construction, energy initiatives)
• Drive project delivery end-to-end (scope, budget, timeline, quality)
• Run core PMO activities: planning, prioritisation, reporting, risk tracking
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Support digitalisation of FM tools and reporting

Required Background

• Minimum 5 years in project management within real estate, construction, or facility management
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
• Experience managing complex or industrial projects
• Comfortable with tools like MS Project / AutoCAD
• Familiar with Swiss standards (SIA is a plus)
• Fluent in French...
