Position Overview
Educational Qualifications
- Business or IT-related course
- Graduate of a bachelor’s degree course
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience
- Data entry, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing renewal notices and reports for release to clients, intermediaries, and branches
- Reviewing the renewal terms and conditions of policies prior to their release
- Completing all batch processes including reminders to clients, intermediaries, and branches via email and text messages
- Liaising with adjacent departments to maintain prompt turnaround times
- Executing transactions in the system, including but not limited to updates and changes to policy information (endorsements) and cancellations
- Communicating vital information to relevant stakeholder groups in a prompt and professional manner
