Position Overview
What is the opportunity? The Portfolio Management Assistant (PMA) supports the Investment Counsellor in managing private client portfolios, relationships and meetings. The role focuses on producing financial plans, portfolio rebalancing, creating investment policy statements, and assisting in handling client inquiries and customized investment strategies. The PMA is a self‑directed individual with strong organization, writing, communication and critical‑thinking skills. Responsibilities include entering trades, working with the Private Client Associate and ensuring compliance with client mandates and portfolio models.
