Post-Settlement & Client Services Specialist

PSO Manila | Pepper Money, Philippines, is looking for an experienced Administration professional. The role involves undertaking post settlement tasks to ensure a best-in-class service experience and handling customer enquiries related to Auto Finance, Mortgage, Personal Loans, and Asset collections.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in an administration role, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team. Experience in an Australian Financial Services environment is a plus.
