Position Overview

The Faculty of Science at the University of Helsinki invites applications for a post‑doctorial or university researcher position in atmospheric sciences, commencing no later than January 2027. The role will involve work on the EU’s Destination Earth Climate Change Adaptation Digital Twin Project, Phase 3, focusing on climate model evaluation using observational data, the development of new methods, and the maintenance of the workflow system.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate climate models against observational data for the Digital Twin Project.
