Job Description

The key responsibilities will include:

• Provide subject matter expertise for Finance systems (ERP, SAP, PeopleSoft, Hyperion Suite, Essbase) in support of Finance users and processes (record to report and plan to project).
• Provide subject matter expertise for Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Understand business impact and escalates unresolved incidents to second level support, IT or management in a timely fashion.
