**Job Description**
**Responsibilities::**
+ Supports manufacturing operations (3rd Shift) for injection molding processes, including machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
+ Executes production schedules by adjusting machine parameters, monitoring equipment efficiency, and ensuring proper material availability and handling.
+ Maintains consistent product quality by following standardized processes, performing in-process inspections, and identifying defects or process deviations.
