At Convatec, we are looking for a University Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of end‑to‑end projects and actively participate in key HR processes, gaining hands‑on experience in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of full projects and manage tasks with a higher level of complexity.
• Manage and lead the onboarding (induction) program, including agenda coordination, logistics, daily interaction with new hires, communication, and corporate presence.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, representing the HR area with professionalism and confidence.
• Support the team with data analysis, presentations, and information management.
• Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and HR projects according to business needs.
