Praxis Program Lead - Care Intelligence

As a Program Lead within the Digital Health, PRAXIS - Clinical Informatics & System Enabled Practice team, you will guide complex initiatives, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and shape clinical systems that empower care teams and drive better patient outcomes across the province. As Program Lead - Care Intelligence, you’ll provide advanced practice leadership and promote consistent application of informatics methodologies across distributed teams. You’ll support Senior Advisors, Clinical Informatics (SACIs), working in collaboration with Digital Health and multidisciplinary partners.
