Precision Polisher: Watchmaking Finishing Specialist

Manpower in Geneva is seeking several polishers/ finishing specialists to strengthen production teams. You will perform manual finishing on bracelet components and watch parts crafted from precious metals, and you will carry out polishing, lapping, and buffing to exact quality standards.

Applicants should have a CFC in polishing/manual finishing or AFP equivalent and 3–4 years of experience in manual finishing, ideally in watchmaking or jewelry.
