PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGER The Preconstruction Manager is an integral part of the project development group for Innovations.  Under the supervision of Director of Preconstruction Services, manages project designs and budgets, from inception through the preconstruction phase, and continues to serve as a resource throughout the construction phase of the project.  Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
