Preconstruction Manager (4-Month Contract, High Likelihood of Extension) Location: Toronto, ON (occasional office days; majority remote) Travel: Up to 60% across Canada, including Alberta and Ontario.

This role supports the delivery of industrial and logistics facilities across Canada. The Preconstruction Manager acts as the owner’s representative during the preconstruction phase, managing projects from site selection and validation through design coordination, permitting, and contract execution. This is a four-month contract position with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and project needs.
