Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Develop and lead initiatives to foster the professional growth of educators. 
Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that supports both cognitive and emotional development. 
Ensure that the Center’s curriculum and programs align with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values. 
Strengthen and maintain the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents. 
Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 
 Requirements  Holds Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) , Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) , Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL) , or equivalent qualification recognized by ECDA .
