About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned executive to lead our Fish Brokerage and Cold Storage operations in the Philippines. This critical role will manage the full fish trading lifecycle—from fishing vessel partnerships and wet market auctions to cold chain storage and buyer settlements. The ideal candidate has strong experience in fish brokerage, seafood logistics, port operations, and regulatory compliance (BFAR/DA). You will lead pricing strategy, team performance, client partnerships, and ensure operational excellence in a fast‑moving, volume‑driven environment.
