Pay Details:
- Pay Range: $217,000 - $250,000
- On Site
- Direct Hire
- Location: Fortuna, California
- Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Substantial RVU bonus structure
- Relocation offered for provider and potentially 1 extended family member
- Loan repayment up to $300,000
- Profit sharing
- Practice will reimburse for travel to site visit
