Principal Consultant, Disaster Recovery

Capco is seeking a Disaster Recovery Consultant to join our Banking & Payments practice in Toronto. In this role, you will help clients strengthen their technology resilience by developing, maintaining, and validating disaster recovery capabilities across business‑critical applications, infrastructure, and technology services. You will work closely with technology, cyber, infrastructure, operational resilience, and business stakeholders to ensure recovery strategies are robust, well‑tested, and aligned with regulatory expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and execute disaster recovery plans for critical applications, infrastructure, systems, data, and technology services, ensuring recovery readiness across complex environments.
• Coordinate disaster recovery planning and testing activities, defining recovery objectives, technical dependencies, recovery sequencing, test scope, execution readiness, and evidence collection.
