Principal Molding Engineer (Hiring Immediately)

Principal Molding Engineer Senior technical leader responsible for providing expert-level engineering guidance and support, strategic direction for molding processes and tooling, and project leadership for high-volume molding operations producing medical device disposables. This role drives standardization, process excellence, and scalable manufacturing solutions with consideration of multiple manufacturing sites and external partners worldwide. The Principal Molding Engineer leads critical initiatives, supports site-to-site technology transfers, and serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for molding in a highly regulated medical environment.
