A private household is seeking an experienced and discreet Private Chef to prepare high-quality daily meals and cater for formal entertaining.

The ideal candidate will have particular expertise in Japanese and Asian-fusion cuisine, while also being confident preparing a varied range of healthy, seasonal and international dishes.

Responsibilities
Preparing daily meals according to the principals’ preferences
Creating Japanese, Asian-fusion and international menus
Catering for formal lunches, dinners and private entertaining
Menu planning and adapting meals for dietary requirements
Purchasing and sourcing high-quality ingredients
Managing kitchen stock, suppliers, budgets and receipts
Maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation
Coordinating with other household staff regarding schedules, guests and service
Maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality
