This role is responsible for improving manufacturing efficiency through data analysis, workflow optimization, and the application of Lean manufacturing principles to drive measurable gains in quality, cost, throughput, and OEE.
The Process Engineer will lead and support cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives, capital projects, and new product introductions. This position provides hands-on technical support across all areas of production, including troubleshooting vision systems, capacity planning, and optimizing manufacturing processes throughout the facility.
