Process Engineer (Hamilton)

Job Summary

Make it happen at Mondelez International. As a Process Engineer, you will support manufacturing line leaders in achieving safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets by coaching line teams, troubleshooting problems, and improving systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver loss intelligence, loss eradication, and loss prevention across the operation, building capability and engagement with core teams.
• Participate in daily line management routines and in monthly and annual loss analysis, using PDCA to track performance and develop action plans.
• Own the process system to ensure line goals are met and to implement continuous improvement and process standards.
• Apply focused improvement and analytical skills, including RCA, Kaizen, 12‑step Kaizen, and Lean problem‑solving tools (5 Why, statistical tools, SMED, control charts, Pareto).
