Process Engineer Madrid (España)

We are looking for a Process Engineer who will be responsible for leading and optimizing engineering activities within the assigned area. The primary objective of this role is to ensure operational efficiency, maintain high process quality, and guarantee compliance with safety standards, ultimately contributing to the organization’s overall performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive and motivate LEAN work teams to resolve incidents (e.g., GRP, GAP)
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and integration within Operations
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards in process control
• Implement and maintain internal policies to guarantee regulatory and ethical compliance in engineering processes
