Process Engineer - Saint Thomas

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join a premier automotive manufacturing facility in Southwestern Ontario. In this role, you will ensure that all internal manufacturing systems meet or exceed requirements for safety, quality, flexibility, and throughput.

You will be responsible for establishing process parameters, developing checks and balances for conformance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to maintain long‑term profitability. This scope covers all capital equipment and tooling for large‑scale manufacturing systems, including hydroforming, hot‑stamping, and robotic assembly.
