Process Improvement Specialist

The Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of restaurant systems, standards, and operational processes that drive store efficiency, product quality, and operational excellence. The role conducts research, data analysis, process testing, and documentation to support effective kitchen and product systems across store operations.

The position contributes to the timely implementation of new and revised systems, minimizes operational issues, supports adherence to operating budgets, and helps drive programs that improve business performance and store GSC through close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
